A short, plain note on privacy.
Short Pencils is a small advisory practice. We only ever see the details you choose to send us, and we treat them with care. This note explains what that means.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, your email address, your company if you add it, and your message. If you email us directly, it is whatever your message contains. The website does not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that counts visits and pages without identifying you or following you across other sites.
How we use it
Solely to read and respond to your inquiry, and to continue a professional conversation if there is one to have. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
How a message reaches us
Contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by email through a secure form-handling service. They are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any work that follows from it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to habib.rihana@shortpencils.com and we will take care of it.
Updates
If this note changes, the date below will change with it.
